Advance for Nurses has a 4-part podcast available on domestic violence. You can listen to all of it free of charge, but the 2 CEU credits will cost you $15. This offering satisfies the Florida nursing licensure requirement, but the content is not state-specific.

Objectives:

1. Define the physical, social and emotional ramifications of domestic violence.
2. Discuss emotions used by an abuser in a domestically violent environment.
3. Review various groups that experience domestic violence.
4. Discuss efforts by nurses to assist with victims of domestic violence.
