Tips for Testifying in Child Abuse Cases

The Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center is offering a webinar February 12th, Tips for Testifying in Child Abuse Cases. The session will be held from 1-3pm CT and it would appear that CEs are available for this one for both docs and nurses.

From the announcement:

Testifying in court is an important part of every child abuse case. Testifying presents a challenge to the members of the MDT because it is stressful and puts many ill at ease. This presentation will discuss methods of preparing for and testifying in court with the goal of putting the witness in a position to provide effective and accurate testimony. We will also discuss how to use the expertise of your witness to enhance a child abuse case.

Jen, I am looking for this as an archived session for a fellow SANE who is going to court for the first time. I can’t find it on the webiste…do you have it archived as well?
