Several organizations are collaborating on resources to recognize World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, June 15th. There will be 2 online events held on that day. The 1st is a blog radio segment featuring a panel of experts discussing abuse in later life. The session will be held from 1-1:30 ET, and can be accessed here.

Apologies for being absent this week. I’ve been pretty mired in the photography symposium these last couple days (time well-spent, I might add). Over at the Government Innovators Network, they’re sponsoring a webinar series on elder abuse. The next one is March 22nd at 3pm ET and it will focus on forensic markers.
