The 8-Step Protocol Development Cycle is a long-term strategy for systematically improving responses to sexual assault victims/survivors at the local level.  This approach is designed for use by multi-disciplinary teams that are seeking ways to coordinate and continuously improve their response to sexual assault.  This session will provide an overview of each of the eight steps of the Cycle, compare it to other system change efforts, and discuss how this approach might enhance your team’s current efforts.
