In honor of Sexual Violence Awareness Month, this webinar will focus on building awareness of the context and experiences of LGBTQ survivors of sexual violence, and offer participants strategies for providing meaningful and culturally sensitive services, advocacy, and forensic examinations.   In this interactive webinar, we will examine the intersections of homophobia, transphobia & sexual assault, and barriers LGBTQ survivors may face when navigating our system responses. This session will offer attendees an opportunity to examine their current practices, get support, and learn practical skills to increase access  for LGBTQ survivors of sexual violence.
